1. Agreement

By creating an account on JobNex, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

JobNex is a reverse hiring marketplace that connects professionals with companies. Candidates create anonymous profiles and receive opportunities from employers. We provide market value estimates and matching services.

3. User Accounts

• —You must be at least 18 years old to use JobNex
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• —You must provide accurate information in your profile
• —One account per person; one company profile per organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Provide false or misleading profile information
• —Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to users
• —Scrape or bulk-collect data from the platform
• —Attempt to de-anonymize candidates without their consent
• —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• —Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• —Register as an employer if you are a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or talent consultancy
• —Use the platform to build a candidate database for resale or third-party recruitment
• —Send bulk templated messages to candidates
• —Exceed rate limits for interview requests or messages

Violation of these terms, particularly regarding recruiting agencies, will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Market Value Estimates

Market value scores and salary estimates are provided for informational purposes only. They are algorithmic estimates based on available data and do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed compensation figures.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• —Free tier: Limited features as described on our pricing page
• —Pro plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected
• —Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• —Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans within the first 14 days

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resume, profile data). By using JobNex, you grant us a limited license to display your anonymous profile to employers and process your data for matching purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobNex is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• —Employment decisions made based on our matching or market value data
• —Conduct of other users (employers or candidates)
• —Temporary service interruptions
• —Accuracy of market value estimates

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where our company is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
